This Privacy Policy explains how Nitobulesk Adventured (the "App") handles information. Effective date: September 8, 2026.
The App is an offline casual puzzle game. It does not require an account and does not sell personal information.
Data the app collects
The App does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, phone number, or precise location for our own use.
We do not send your gameplay data to our servers.
Data stored locally on the device
Progress (completed rooms, star ratings, and current room) is stored only on your device using on-device storage.
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to back up your device through Apple services you control.
Gameplay progress and preferences
Room completion and star seals are saved so you can continue where you left off.
There are no cloud save accounts. Reset Progress in House Controls permanently clears local progress on this device.
Internet and external services
Core gameplay works fully offline. The App does not require network access to play.
Analytics, ads, tracking, and purchases
The App includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking.
There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads in version 1.0.
Permissions
The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos, Bluetooth, or location permissions for gameplay.
Children’s privacy
The App is rated for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Parents who believe a child provided information through device backups or Apple features should use Apple’s device-level parental controls.
Data retention and deletion
Local progress remains until you reset it in House Controls or delete the App.
Deleting the App removes saved progress on that device.
Security
Because progress stays on-device, the primary security boundary is your device passcode and Apple platform protections.
International users
The App is offered worldwide through the App Store and behaves the same across storefronts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s behavior changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes ship.
